[spoiler]JT has no canon draw time, rather it works like this: If the other person is a normal person, his draw and fire time is a half of a second. It's physically possible. But if the other person is good, JT's arm is so quick it doesn't even look like it moved.
The reason is because I know some cocky shit is going to try and beat JT with a newbie or Mon gunslinger after I've been doing this for literal years to earn my title, so that's the canon I have for his arm with everyone now. [/spoiler]
