Dojoville, Trayven Camp Outskirts, 6:00PM "I swear I saw him going in there... Those people, the Trayvens, they're doing something with him. Don't get me wrong, I trust dad as much as the next kid he didn't abandon, but it's still a little sketchy. Moving in now." Natalie shoved the voice recorder into her pocket and disappeared into the shadows of the lightless room that surrounded her. It wasn't like her to skulk around in the dark, although when dealing with a group that probably didn't take too kindly to infiltrations, there was a pretty good chance that hiding was her best bet. Nat's hand found itself gripping the handle end of her bat tighter when she heard the incoming footsteps of a Trayven. She took place behind a silver filing cabinet, crouching to make herself less noticeable. When he passed by, she continued onwards through the building. She reached the window a few minutes later, peering her head over the top as she got a better look. Patrols were easy to spot but she didn't know their routes, so that left the buildings all around her to sneak her way through. The only problem was that they were crawling with soldiers too, and her magic couldn't help her here for whatever reason. Normally she would use a telekinetic blast and open a gravitic ring to slow her landing down, but this time, she was running on her lightness and agility to stay quiet. So rather than staying in the building, she waited until there were no visible patrols and she stepped out the window. Three floors up the woman was, adorned in all black to stay inconspicuous - A black pair of leggings with her knee high lace up boots, and a tank top underneath a black track jacket. The gloves were a nice addition but they made her grip suffer, meaning when she climbed down to the last windowsill, she fell from the second floor and landed on her ass. She got up soon after and snuck through the wall, opting to remove her gloves and climb up them instead. Only she landed in a bush within the barracks, which was sure to attract at least somebody's attention. ((Open to anyone with Trayven relations))

 • And from there, Natalie could find a seemingly familiar face. "Just. My. Luck." Isabella Trayven had studied the bush after it had rustled with a sudden birth of activity, the taller woman (tall was an understatement, really) turning her head towards the bush as it shook. She was adorned tightly within her own set of blackened steel armor. The darker glare of the apparel was mostly for cosmetic appearances, though it was still durable, bounded upon her body in a certainly large quantity. She would only wield two weapons, upon her being: a war axe, with a single, curved head. The war axe's edge was slanted, for a more effective slicing capacity, while a leather tie kept the weapon slung to her hip. Alongside that was a needle of a dagger - a stiletto, kept in a small sheath. Isabella didn't waste any time, allowing the axe to leave it's sheath and slide into her right hand. She would approach the bush with a composed, yet seemingly furious manner, as if she was truly fueled by inner anger. Whatever the case may have been, Natalie still had the option of taking her chances with the Trayven and revealing herself as a friend, from the night before.

 • Natalie spotted Isabella and gave a slight chuckle to herself. The knew the woman, and while she most definitely was not good at baffling anybody with bullshit, she knew when to play her hand and when to fold. Metaphorically anyways, as she did lose that game of poker first. So she slowly stood, her right hand raised in the air with her left down by her side, as if a way of saying hello. "Shh, get in this damn bush!" Nat said to Isabella, before returning to her crouched stance. She hoped that the familiarity would help her case, but she doubted it.

 • Isabella would recognize the woman that would wave, her right eyebrow raising up as she studied Natalie.. in a bush, of all of the places to be. It confused the Trayven, as she had never been invited to a bush, of all the places to head to. Though she would understand: Natalie had most certainly snuck into the encampment. With a slightly calmed approach taking over, Isabella would holster the axe at her side once more, those scarlet eyes studying the bush in a certain confusion. She sighed, only kneeling down in front of the bush so she was level with Nat's face. "What.. are you doing."

 • "Trying to figure out why the hell my dad has such a vested interest in this place. The cowboy doesn't really interfere with sword people too much." Nat kept quiet as she said it. She didn't really like to speak about her father (abandonment led her to a bit of a bad relationship), so honestly she tried to keep it as low-key as possible by not naming names.

 • "Your dad.. haven't seem him, mostly because I've never seen the guy. Look, you can get out of the bushes, the soldiers will just think that you're accompanying me or something. The real issue would be Freya, and she has her head stuck up the Dojo's ass anyway.." Isabella sighed, looking back to see if anyone was staring upon her. No one was, yet. She didn't need to lower moral by looking even more like a fuсking madwoman.

 • "I take it you were the kid on the playground that spent her time with a weight in her hand, rather than playing hide or seek?" Natalie stood up from her crouched position in the bush. Her Catalyst went from a small space into a thinner, elongated staff with the press of a button on its blackened hilt, and she stood with it like a walking stick. One that was as tall as her, at that.

 • "Back in Khaom, hide-and-seek was a stealth operation for my caste, at a younger age. But yes, I was the girl that was already swinging her axe on the "playground"." Isabella would reply with a slight sarcasm, though she did shoot a grin at Natalie. She studied the staff, thinking of something for a moment. "...I should hook you up with a Lib.. Libertas, yeah. They're cool little rings and gems that enable abilities in our domes, boost power a little outside of them." It had to be noted that Isabella had tow Liberti - one placed into her axe, the other around her neck, hidden by armor, though the chain gave it away.

 • "It should help you a lot.. the barrier that surrounds this camp is.. fuсk, I don't know. But it's conscious or whatever, courtesy of my lil' brother Julian, who's off whасking his meat to girls dressed as skimpy mages- Anyway.. it nullifies some things, it doesn't to others. Big secret that Freya doesn't say shit about, but I sorta like you, so you're alright." Isabella would enter a large "Supply" tent, looking through drawers as the manager of the supply tent stuttered in confusion. She would return with a ring, a red gemstone in the center.

 • "Thanks." Natalie slipped the ring onto her right middle finger, immediately feeling a rush of cold air fill her body like an inhale in the dead of winter. She could feel the magic coursing through her veins, the gravity around her fluctuating just enough to feel. "Oh -blam!-... That's the shit, right there."

 • Isabella would laugh a little at the sight of Natalie's magic suddenly returning to her being, scarlet red eyes now studying the woman's now restored form. "Yep. You should be good, with that on your finger. I never really saw the magic stuff last night.. just the fuсking Guardian shape shifting or whatever. What can you do, I wonder?" Isabella would cross her arms, standing back a little as she motioned for Nat to carry out her works. And for the sake of roleplay purposes, Isabella pointed out a straw target, specifically designed.. to be destroyed by mages, of course.

 • Natalie extended her right hand at the target and swirled her forefinger, which prompted a large blue ring to stretch around it. Straws that were previously falling now came to a halt midair, before the object was affected by another spell in the midst of the ongoing gravity ring. It was raised and slammed into the ground, before being yanked to the circle outskirts. And with one final flick of her hand, the straw was sent towards her, where it was burnt alive by a fireball on arrival.
You've played Dragon Age II right? Well basically Nat just used Gravitic Ring to simulste time getting slower in the ring by increasing gravity the closer it gets to the center, Fist of the Maker to slam the thing into the floor, Pull of the Abyss to bring it her way, and a Fireball to incinerate it.
• "...Wow." A few of the nearby Trayven soldiers studied the leftovers of Nat's wrath, as Isabella would merely smile, placing a hand on her hip as she nodded towards Natalie. "That's.. impressive. A lot of our mages just specialize in destructive magics 'n shit, but that kind of versatility is.. great."

 • "Thanks, I sorta... Inherited it. My mother had some sort of time abilities, they called her a Tempest. My sister took that side, but I got a modified strain of it or something."

 • "So essentially, I shouldn't piss off your sister.. nor you. You're.. actually pretty fun to hang around, you and Star both. Hell, Star's.. sorta a "knight" now, or particularly my "servant/bodyguard" according to Freya, because that stick's still up her аss. Hell.. you don't already have a job, do you?"

 • "Huh.. I could hook you up with a job. Either you could help out here, or you could become something like a knight, only sworn to me. It's nothing too severe, but.. well, you are a pretty fun person, you're capable, and you and Star are pretty nice."
