She had a choice she thought. Deal with the threat behind her, or finish the one in front of her. She had a little trick she used to judge things like this. Just look at the shadows. The one behind her was relatively close, while the other one was on the charge planning to close the gap quickly. Her gun was still in one hand and she knew from the fact she only fired one shot there were another five still active in the chamber. She took aim from behind her cloak using the shadows as her sight and pulled the trigger sending a round of silver coated lead barreling straight for his skull as she prepared to trade blows with the other.

Alexis swiftly lodge her sword in the beasts mouth, turned the barrel of the gun in between the werewolves eyes and brought the hammer of the revolver down with the pull of a trigger.

She is looking down at the woman from where she is sitting on the sturdy branch. The woman looked like she had been through a lot that night as she spoke she still sounded afraid. "Miss in the village back that way there's more of those cursed beasts they would come after me but a unnaturally large black wolf with glowing red eyes jumped infront the alpha of that pack back at the village."she says [/i]

"And now Bob Marley is a dog..." She joked while she wiped the blood and grey matter off her gun. She took a second to realize her sense of humor was probably not for the best in the situation. "Whelp you know how it works, find somewhere safe and I'll see what I can do about your runt problem" She intentionally downplayed the situation to make it seem like less of a big deal. She knew it was probably a real sh_tshow but she would rather there not be unessisary panic aloft.

[i]"okay i will find somewhere to hide."says the young mother. She then carefully climbs down the tree with one arm free as her small child has a death grip on her clothes as her arm is wrapped tightly around. She didn't want to drop her child as she climbed down. When she did she ran off looking for a place to hide until it all blows over. At the village though there sure was a shîtshow as the sound of what sounded like two large dogs tearing each apart could be heard as soon as anyone get close to the village. This would be that wolf the woman mentioned taking on the head werewolf by itself. The wolf was for times the size of a normal one and had a collar around its neck. It was not a normal wolf though by any means but it was more interested in attacking the werewolf not people. [/i]

She popped the rounds back in the gun and swapped it out for her axe. Last thing she needed was every beast in the village hearing gunfire. At least she might have some backup Alexis thought as she made her way closer sword and axe in hand.

[i]she would be able to hear the loud noise of two animals trying to tear each other apart as barking, growling, snarling and the occasional yelp as the wolf continues to fight the werewolf not knowing she was coming here. But she would know that they were their for certain. [/i]

Edited by ALIAS-F4LS: 10/30/2017 6:53:10 PMShe took her chances siding with the wolf against wolves taking her blade and moving in from the back. When she was in range the took a swing and drew back, knowing the beast wouldn't just let her keep hacking away from behind.

[i]the werewolf had turned growling at her being distracted the wolf took its chance jumping up onto it's back to delivering a deadly bite to its neck. [/i]

"Huh" She looked at it almost casually. Red figured it would be worth cutting off a clump of the dead wolf's fur to see if the kill was worth any money to anyone if she were to get the chance. "Umm... thanks...?" Alexis said looking at the other one still not too sure what to think.
