No they don't. I'm not complaining but I'm curious as to why they waited so long. Don't give me that "they were working on pc release Bs" if people were complaining on console wouldn't you have wanted to ensure people on pc weren't going to deal with the same problems.

Because they were waiting to see if the new foundation they laid for this game was solid and working properly. It is--minus the mass banning on pc---so they're moving to phase 2 of the plan.
