You know what, that makes a lot of sense. I didn't think about this game was in development way before some of the changes. So kudos on that viewpoint! But, I'm still confused why they put fixed perks on gear and the raid gear. These are the things I think are really affecting end game. Nobody has anything to hunt for. But great viewpoint!
