I am a console player and veteran of D1, almost know nothing about PC gaming, but i know a lot about BUNGIE and they do not care at all about their players, they are rude a non friendly with customers company. They take a lot of time to simple see a problem, more time to plan a fix and much more time to fix it....maybe months.
So my best advise, if you still can do it, request a refund. I played D2 in PS4 for about 03 weeks and step away of it (i played D1 for 2.5 years). For me the game is so broken, with no real end game content, boring, tedious, with no replay ability that i will be happy to have a refund.
I wish i bought the hard copy of the game in order to sell it.
