That accursed name. And it had some serious effect. The three hunters froze completely, standing there, uneasiness gripping at even them. Irina seemed to fear them, and they seemed to fear the owner of the name she had said -- with good reason, considering the sheer levels of godmoddiness. A few moments of pure silence passed, the knights starting to move again when nothing happened, slowly and with uncertainty. Their movements were sudden and stocky, as if they were mere marionettes and someone was fumbling with their strings. They closed in on Irina, the duo approaching from the sides; one on the left and one on the right... while the third was probably behind her. And just like that, the stench of death vanished, replaced instead by the sweet scent of roses and violets. That... clean smell Irina knew and loved. Astra finally came to her aid, appearing as quickly as the otherworldly edgelords had, being gone one moment, then materializing at Irina's right side the next, armoured hand grasping at the Vileblood's. She was a welcome sight, for sure, her armour a pleasant contrast to the three hunters, the soft, pure silver feeling soothing to look at. Her pure white wings quivered a little when her ruby red eyes fell on the two approaching shadows, narrowing as a scowl crossed her lips. With her arrival, sound did the same, noises finally returning to the world, Irina getting bombarded by a cacophony of sensations from all around.[/i] "My sincerest, most genuine apologies for being so late, my fair lady," [i]Astraus spoke quietly with that same, cutesy accent as always, her words accompanied by a curt nod.[/i] "I should have known these fiends would come for you, though...
