There were moments where it would fade but when the sun began to set, the transmission would return. The voice on the transmission, a very metallic, robotic one. Machinery could be heard in the background. Metal grinding against metal, a power drill, the loud buzz of an arc welder. It didn't take too long to judge the transmission to be coming from space. A satellite. Whoever this strange voice was, they were definitely in orbit around the planet, and considering the voice, 13B demanded jurisdiction upon investigating the disturbance. [spoiler]Open.
