CONFIRMED - Luke Smith reverses Static Roll decision - Random Perks Coming
Luke Smith isn't that bad after all. He must have been listening to all the outrage on b.net forums.
Static Rolls are being removed and will replaced with Random Perks.
Too bad Bungie aren't going to implement it until the first DLC drops.

1 ReplyNever should have made into the game to begin with. He himself said they were looking into ways to make duplicate drops interesting with fixed rolls, meaning [b]THEY -blam!-ING KNEW IT WOULD BE A PROBLEM BEFORE LAUNCH YET WENT ALONG WITH IT ANYWAY![/b]
