There was a girl walking the streets of the outskirts of Dojoville. She was fairly short, only five feet tall, and appeared rather young. She seemed to only be thirteen at the most. She had a smile on her face, and blood on her mouth. She was extremely pale, pointed teeth peeking out from her lips. They appeared to be longer than usual... And her canines. Her eyes were blood-red. You can fill in the blanks of what she is. She wears a black dress. It looked extremely fancy, possibly satin. Her arms were covered in black lace, it led down to her fingers. She had on a pendant. It was made of pearl, the chain gold. It had a red pentagram engraved on it. This was Sabine, a very young vampire with a now sated lust for blood. She'd found a sleeping man in an alleyway, and had dined. She'd given up on not killing them at this point, it was too much of a hassle to cover her tracks that way. She was getting more feral, she found, more prone to killing and maiming. Perhaps this was a side-effect of maturing as a vampire, perhaps she was just so lonely she was going insane. Either way... She didn't care. She was having a fun time with being a vampire. It was... Extremely satisfying. She took another turn into an alleyway, and she felt uneasy. She didn't know why... She just had a feeling. The air smelled stale. Cold. Much colder than the other parts that she'd been in. Then... She saw it. Another set of eyes in the darkness. They were blue, an extremely light blue. A complete contrast to her own. A smile was seen now, as if straight out of some horror movie. Bright, white teeth. It terrified her. She stumbled back as an excited, male voice spoke. Voice: "Hey, wanna see a dead body?!" Suddenly, half of someone's body slid over to Sabine. It was a male vampire. Pale skin, red eyes, pointed teeth. His shirt was red, but that could've just been blood. She couldn't tell. It looked like he'd been torn directly in two. Sabine fell back in shock, catching herself on the ground. Footsteps were heard now, along with a cackling laugh. "Oh, that's just rich! The look on your face! Oh, I'm gonna have a fun time blowing your brains out!" Suddenly, she felt someone right beside her, leaning into her to whisper in her ear. The person felt cold. Very cold. He was wearing some sort of fabric, coarse but even. She just got even more scared, beginning to cry. "That's right little vampire. You're going to die here. Your undead kind deserves to burn in hell for what you do. Taking advantage of people. It will be fun to hunt down you freaks of nature and kill you each. One. By. One." She felt something cold on her back. It was metal. A gun barrel. It wasn't behind her head. It was in the middle of her back, right on her spine. The laughter returned. "You're more despicable than I am. So... How about you suffer?" A shot rang out. Sabine didn't even scream. She knew it was coming. It ripped through her spine and chest. It was a massive caliber of bullet, whatever it was. Perhaps .50. Her legs went numb. So did everything else below her chest. Her face twisted into one of sadness and pain. She cried more. "Baby gonna cry? You filthy beast. This is what people you bite feel like. People you kill. Penance, little vampire. Penance." He put the gun to the back of her head now, and she began to beg and plead. Sabine: "Pl-Please... Don't do this... I won't... I won't do this anymore... I promise..." The gun barrel was pressed harder onto the back of her head. Voice: "What about the people who you killed who begged, huh?! What about them?! Did you leave them be?! Let them live?! No! And I'm going to kill you. You are going to die here, Sabine LeFranch. Yes, I know your full name. You lied to others about it. Something else you must take penance for." She cried out, but he pulled the trigger. It blew out a large chunk of her head, sending gore and brain matter to the far wall. The smile appeared again, so did the eyes. It was right beside her. Ah was dragged now, to the middle of the street. Because of the nature of her vampirism, she was healed back up by the time he got her there. She was kicking and screaming. "Gather 'round good people! Witness the execution of a creature of the night! Step right up, step right up! A nickel and I'll let you shoot her with this here gun!" The gun was a very large pistol. It was indeed the caliber that Sabine thought it was. It was engraved with hundreds of tiny words. They were almost unable to be read, but they were Bible verses and holy words. Another pistol of the same nature hung by his side. The man was extremely tall, probably around seven feet. He wore a brimmed hat, black in color. He also wore a large jacket, black as well, as were his pants. He wore gloves of the same color, and black boots. He threw Sabine to the ground, putting a foot on her back. "Just kidding!" He shot Sabine again, in the same spot on her head. "This is a message to all of you undead freaks out there! Vampires, werewolves, ghouls, ghosts, all of you! I will find you! And you will die!" He shot more times, laughing and laughing. When none of Sabine's head remained besides a red puddle, he pulled a stake from his jacket. He drove it straight through Sabine's heart. She twitches for a second, then lay still. He pulled the stake out, and smiled widely. He puts away his pistol, and wipes off the stake on Sabine's now still corpse. "Another good day of work! Now run! I know you will!" His eyes burned like fire. Literally. It looked like his eyes were blue flames. Perhaps this kill had fueled him. Perhaps it was just a trick. The man laughs, and slings Sabine's corpse over his shoulder, now walking down the street. He began whistling Somewhere Over The Rainbow.
Open as hell.
Hey! Mister! A spectral man wearing Muravax armor, except for the helmet. He had paled dirty blonde hair that was combed over. His paled tan skin glowing. And the faded blue that used to be the color of his eyes. Can you clarify everything that falls under "undead." Also, what kind of Ghosts? Dead spirits kind of Ghosts, or Guardian Ghosts, or Ghosts like metaphorically, he asked.

  • "I just shot a vampire. What do you think I mean by undead? I mean things that will keep coming back and are unholy. It's like you didn't even listen to my speech, Guardian. And no, I don't mean your dumbass Ghost either. As much as I hate what they do, you get to keep it. I mean spirits." He stopped waking, turning back to the Guardian with a wide, wicked smile. His teeth glowed in the light, and for some reason only his mouth and eyes were visible.

  • Oh Good. I thought you were gonna go after my friends. Whew. He notices the guardian looked like a spirit Ghost. But if you can do me a favor, kill the b***h that perma-killed me.

  • He laughs and laughs and laughs. Vengeance wasn't really his thing, but did he think he'd just to what he told him? He didn't do favors. Favors put people in his debt. And most people don't pay back their debts. "Really? You think I'll do that? That's rich! As if I'd help out a- Wait. You're a goddamned ghost. Well... I think we both know what's happening next. And if you couldn't guess it rhymes with bover you in falt and riron."

Hey! Purgatory has been backed up for centuries. All those damn dead millenials have the line backed up with their questions and complaints like: "Is glutten-free food offered in heaven?" And "So what I am a non-binary gender. That doesn't mean you can't create another checkbox!" Pfft. I could hear their complaints from all the way from the back of the line.

  • "I'm not hearing any reasons why I don't kill you!" From his coat pockets, he brings out piles of salt and iron dust, known to weaken, and even destroy, ghosts. He cast them about the ghostly Guardian, the salt and iron burning away at the ghost, to banish him to where he deserved to be. The afterlife. The Vampire Hunter smiles widely, his eyes burning with blue fire.

  • Within seconds, he saw the spectral again. He wasn't banished. He was right. Purgatory was that backed up.

  • However, that's not how purgatory works, so the Vampire Hunter just know that was some bullshit. He does it again, this time sprinkling holy water onto his hands and blessing the salt and iron.

  • On the ground, there was residue left behind. A thick, green liquid that was almost translucent. He takes out a small glass bottle, and scoops it up in it. He puts a label on it. "Unknown Guardian". He puts it in his jacket, and walks off.

  • Daylight killings tended to be messy affairs, and those who attempted such things were usually either cocky or insane. Police oftentimes dealt with issues like this, but vampiric slaughter was something even the bravest of officer would shy away from. But not JT, who stood at the other end of the road that the man walked along. He heard the familiar tune of the song being whistled, a look of curiosity branding itself upon his bearded face as he let the vampire come to him. The posture of the cowboy wasn't threatening or imposing, rather he stood there while his body was turned ever so slightly to the right, his face contorting to a blank expression. "And you kept the corpse?"

  • "Not keeping it, cowboy. Taking it to burn it like the rest. It runs the risk of them coming back if I don't burn them. She doesn't have any family, so she's just going on the pyre and not having a cremation. Plus I don't want anyone poking and prodding it or taking it. Sanctity for the dead. Even if she's an undead beast, she deserves some semblance of respect in death. Just like everyone else." He stopped when he got over to JT, looking at him. It was strange, really. He'd been the first one not to pull a gun, or cry, or yell at him. "You don't seem too upset. Nice change from the others. They just don't seem to get that this girl was a murderer and a crook."

  • "I've seen my fair share of shit, so this kind of thing doesn't faze me as much as it would th' locals," JT explained, eyeing the man. It didn't take much of an effort to see who - rather, what - the vampire and his dead target were. The stake through the heart did do enough to give it away, but so did the features. JT placed his hands into his pockets and gave a dissaproving look to him. "You have to admit, that was kinda sloppy."

  • "Trust me. I know. But I play one one thing that most people think that monsters like this girl don't have. Fear. I made it public. I made it flashy. So they know that somebody is here to stop them. To kill them. And I'll never stop. I won't rest until I'm dead, and even then I'll go a little farther. I want them to fear me." The vampire hunter smirks a little more, and puts out a hand, to shake. His own hand. Not a severed vampire hand or such. "People call me the Vampire Hunter. Better that way. So people don't know my name. Much more effective if they know what I'm going for when they hear my name."

  • "That's what I want. If I scare them, then they pose less of a threat to others. They want me dead so they can feel safe. Except... That's not going to happen. And I'm not trying to be edgy. I'm doing what's safest for the general populace. This way they don't get caught in the crossfire. It's my job." He shifts the weight of Sabine's corpse a little on his shoulder. "Y'know, you'd expect a tiny vampire like this girl here to be stupidly light. Not the case. Also, she's a daywalker so I can't just cremate her by lying her out in the sun, which is annoying."

  • He looked down at her, smiling a little wider. A small child... Perhaps of some use if he really wanted to go down that path. Make her see the light, get someone one his side for once. So far everyone has been at his throat. He just wanted to cleanse the world of undead filth, was that too much to ask? "Hurt her? No, I didn't hurt her. I killed an abomination of nature. She killed many others. Many, many others. She stole as well. A very bad person indeed. Do not be afraid. I won't hurt you."
