Reminiscence Dojoville, 2:11 PM Irina "Definition: A story told about a past event, remembered by the narrator."
Open to all, including socialization and.. combat, if you find it a necessity to duel an unarmed woman. Fuсking coward. One year anniversary of the edgy asshat- erm, my main, I guess - Irina. Enjoy, ladies ' lads.
------------------------------------ Irina had almost found herself at peace. Not quite there yet. But she was.. she was close. The return to Tatakai had been a relatively short one. The trips to the crippled man's house, Grant, her hero, had went from occurring every weekend to now once a month, whenever Irina could manage to reach the Dojo in a time where it wasn't being invaded, or shot to pieces, or destroyed, or bombed, or replaced.. As the crinkled leaves fell from the tall, looming trees that shadowed the empty streets, the moderate winds of fall breezing past the shining sidewalk, Irina had taken to a simple, leisurely stroll, throughout the silent part of Dojoville's residential area. To those who had been present at the Dojo in the more recent times, they would recognize the once villainess, turned.. member of the Dojo, was she? A visiter? A supporter? At this rate, it was merely unknown. Irina had taken to wearing such apparel that benefited a civilian more than the merciless Huntress that she had once served as. A long, almost Victorian trench coat would coat her body and shield her from the chills of the wind, the ends of the light grey fabric reaching her kneecaps as if still allowing her to maintain a simple amount of maneuverability. The sleeves would roll down to her wrists, of which were hidden intentionally by light black gloves, tightened over her fingers with a certain intensity. She was.. literally unarmed, lest for whatever may have been kept within her jacket. Strands of light silver hair, almost white in a certain way, would be parted past her face to reveal herself for the Dojo's members that actually remembered to see. She was as pretty as ever, with a simply noble look: the woman's jawline was sharp, though smooth in a manner, the skin that coated her skull being a brilliant pale white color. The wear of age had come upon the Vileblood, though it wasn't much, while dimples had forned upon her face over the years. Clear, icy blue eyes studied the tiles of concrete ahead of her, as she reached the end of the walkway that she was upon. The end of the sidewalk would bring Irina to sitting upon a wooden bench, one that had been painted black, of all the colors that it could have been. Irina didn't mind it, however, but instead rested herself upon the seat anyway, her back pressed against the wooden bench. It was as if she was.. resting. The tall body that was once tense with fear and hatred sparking with a simple calm. It was a truly unnatural thing for Irina. There, she began to contemplate. ------------------------------------ Murderer. Traitor. Liar. Cheater. Teacher. Friend. Savior. Mother. Irina had a few other titles as well, Vilebitсh amongst them. She couldn't complain, with the situations that she had found herself into.. she deserved all the punishment that she would receive. The first act.. a massacre. Dark red flashing across the streets.. a thing within an exosuit that did just as much damage as Irina did would come after her, fooled by the previously kind demeanor. Alongside that creature, so would a Hunter, but he would "change" his views upon Vilebloods during the previous fight to the death. Sapphire and Lothran. The next.. she had found purpose. Her Queen was dead, frozen and rotting in the chilly depths of Cainhurst's throne room. So now, she had a choice: betray her new cause for the Dojo, or fight a war against gods. She called herself a coward for this one.. she chose the Dojo. She chose the samurai, over the heroine of Khalosh. Tesuto and Zera. Then, the furry hunts of the later time of the year. God, she did work in those days, and she met people that she still prized in memory. Though she was sure that most of them didn't exactly like her.. she still kicked quite a lot of ass in this period of time. John, Jason, Ghiaccio, Sketch, Hovark, Quincy. Then.. the ones that influenced her. Her family, really, with what they had done. The old Ranger, the teenager, her past lover, her current one, and even her own little girl, that she loved beyond anything else in the world, and beyond this world as well. Grant, Alexandria, Athena, Astraeus, and little Mion. Irina grimaced to herself as she leaned back once more, gripping her hands together as her train of thought would continue to carry on. Where were they all now? The ones that she hadn't seen, and had survived the turmoil of the recent months.. where could they be, now? Well.. she continued to think. Though she'd need reassurance on them, if they came around, anyway.

  • "It's not a bomb, is it?" Irina would quietly jest, though it was a thought. She deserved it, anyway. "Just stay safe. Just.. please, don't die. I know, shitty thing to say, especially now, but.."

  • "No...but make sure you don't die either. I honestly don't exactly want to be the only one left who somehow got this close to a Vileblood without dying." Zera had told her, winking as she left to go find Arianna. As for the thing Zera placed in Irina's pocket...

  • Irina would watch Zera walk away, smiling to herself with a certain silence before her thoughts returned to the object that had slipped into the pocket of her coat. She sighed quietly, reaching into the pocket's depths and taking the item out.

Taking it out, it was covered in cloth...it seemed to be some type of gun...but what was it, truly?

  • Irina had to unbound the cloth itself, still studying the weapon as she gripped the gun. The process was slow and careful, as if she was dedicated to revealing the weapon in pristine condition.

It would be familiar because this was Zera's Annihilator pistol. And now? It was Irina's.

  • Friend. Irina had to hold the pistol in her hands for a few moments of silence, that quietness only broken by a silent sniffle. Irina tried to sigh, ignoring the emotions that had suddenly arrived. "...Stay safe, Zera." Irina would smile sadly at the revolver, finally holstering the revolver and walking off.
End?
• As she sat there, remembering her deeds and asking herself the what ifs of those she hadn't seen, at least one question would be -partly- answered. A little girl began padding by, humming a tune. Irina's eyes seemed to be lying to her. It was like a smaller, younger, Alexandria had been made. Hell, Irina knew better than others that this kind of thing was possible. But, it was still Alpha....in a way. It just meant that she was alive in some capacity. The girl stopped then, seeming to sense that in some life she had met this woman, and turned to approach her. She wore a purple T-shirt and blue jeans, though no shoes. The smaller goat-person seemed very young, perhaps maybe only six. Her deep blue eyes spoke to Irina. They spoke of innocence and Naivity that only a child would possess. If only for so long

  • "What the.." Irina would have to blink a few times, before she could finally register the identity of the small child that would approach her seated being. The form of the small being, alongside the clear resemblances to one of the few people that she had trusted.. was it a sign that Alpha was still out there, somewhere?

  • "are you okay?" She asked quietly, her voice full of concern. She sat next to Irina, frowning. It was like she knew her, but didn't at the same time. "And...I feel like I know you"

  • "Yeah, I.. well, I know a variation of you. An older one, one that's.." Not dead. It made Irina shake a little, perhaps with a slight delight, or foreboding fear for Alexandria. She had left her to die, while she was.. well, practically a pyromaniac lycanthrope whenever she found it to be a necessity. "What's your name, kid?"

  • "Alexandria" She responded, looking at Irina. The girl smiled up at Irina, happy just to be near her for some reason. "What's your name?"

  • "Irina. I know.. something like you, I guess I could say. Where did you come from, anyway?" That was the big question for Irina, if anything at all. The existence of yet another Alpha, and in a hellhole like this.. it ensured certain death for the feeble thing.

  • "I don't know. I woke up not long ago on a ship near here." She said truthfully, frowning

  • "Yes, you're.. well, someone else, or more specifically a clone of someone else. A girl named Alexandria, to be exact." Irina would sigh a little. She wasn't exactly fit to take care of another youth, but she could try.

  • "...Well, shit." Irina muttered, though only catching her mistake of swearing in the presence of the children. "Alright.. we'll stick with Cipher, for a bit. You look like a Cipher.. I guess. Not really, but frankly I don't mind too much."

  • "Cipher....I like it." She said, taking to the name. At least there was something to tell them apart now.

  • "You'll have to tell people your new name, though. They'll keep to calling you Alpha, or Alexandria. That young woman, the one that you're cloned after.. well, I thought that she had died, but.." Irina went silent, gripping her hands together. "...She's out there. I can say that much."

  • "Okay. Cipher, Cipher, Cipher" She said, repeating the word to get a feel for it. It did kinda suit her, and Irina could almost picture how she'd grow up to be. Perhaps less -blam!-ed up than the real Alpha.
