The whole point was for people to try and get their faction to win to get their weapon to be sold. Why should the losing factions sell their weapons?

Only Dead Orbit's scout rifle is for sale. If you sided with Dead Orbit then you can get it for 1k glimmer. It you sided with one of the other factions then you're still limited to scout but have to pay 50k glimmer. The other factions weapons are not offered for purchase.
