FWC is easily the best Faction but the Red, Blue, Yellow and White coloured Shaders and the Armour with the gaudy FWC written all over it will always be a massive turn of to most fashion conscious players. And New Monarchy is essential the Destiny equivalent of the Space Trump regime, who in their right mind would ever sign up for that. Black and White Shaders and players hoping that the DO Scout Rifle would be the next Hung Jury, that's why Dead Orbit won this Faction war, and they'll keep winning all the other Faction wars on their strength of their Shaders alone.
