I'm 31, not 13, and within reason ill always go for something that looks better to me than the absolute most effective gear. I'm not a Try hard minmaxer.
This is an rpg in the end.

Why not choose New Monarchy and have both? Best PvP shotgun in the game and easily the best looking armor and shaders.

I don't PvP much, but it didn't look to me like any of the faction weapons would be game changers in the crucible

Pleaides corrector is mida without radar. 2 midas in slot? Ill accept that

I suppose it means that you dont need to use mida then. That way you have the ability to put an exotic in your primary slot
