Violet smiled a little at this.
"Oh good! There are way too many brutes around here that just want to headbutt everything, so people like you are heavily welcomed by me."

"Well I'm also like...fifteen." Lilly commented. "And if you didn't notice, not exactly a boulder? More of a-a thin stick. Fighting...wouldn't make much sense for me. Plus, healing people tends to have less consequences."
-
Violet chuckled, amused by the smaller girl. "Despite my conservative clothes I'm still in my mid-twenties. I've been working on getting a little bit of muscle without using magic, but...I gave up and ended up enhancing myself just a tad so I grew muscle a bit faster. I may not fight, but being in shape helps with other things as well."
-
"Yaaaaa but that requires like, physical work and stuff. I'd rather just read a good book and then l-let my metabolism take care of the rest."
-
"Fair enough. I used to be the exact same as you at your age, but maybe a little more shy....Want to get those books you came for? I know these artifacts are cool, but it's not like I can just show them off."
-
"Oh...right." Lilly said. "Ya, ya let's go get them."
-
Violet began to lead Lilly once again, keeping a close eye on the girl in case she did anything. "There are some lesser magical items I have however if you ever want to see those...."
-
"Really? Ya! L-let's look at them!" She told Violet, before she turned her head shamefully. "I-I mean if...if that's okay with you..."
-
"Of course it is, Miss Lilly." Violet changed direction. "This way."
-
Lilly turned her feet, military style(but a bit more dramatic, of course) and followed the librarian. Curious with Just about everything this collection held.
-
Confusingly, Violet led Lilly back the the front desk and gestured for her to stand in front of it while Violet got behind it. "Any type of magical item you'd want to specifically look at?"
-
"Um...what." Lilly stated confused. "I...where...where are the artifacts? E-exactly?"

Edited by Stitch: 10/3/2017 12:34:58 AM"The weaker stuff I made so I can just..." Violet pulled a huge chest out from underneath the desk that looked like it couldn't possibly fit. "...teleport them to the front desk." The chest was wooden with aged tin engravings all over that had a celtic look to them.
-
"Oh! That's...convenient!" Lilly said with a hop. "Well do you have anything with...healing? Properties?"
-
Violet opened the chest and pulled out a crude looking necklace. It consisted of an old string and a celtic knot made of an unknown rusty metal. "Oooh! I think this'll spark your interest. It is said this necklace has the ability to slowly regenerate the mana of any magic user so long as they have no intention of using their magic for harm."
-
"Whoa." Lilly let out. "It's...like it was specifically made for me!"
-
Violet giggled and shook her head. "No, but it's nice to think that. I have more powerful versions of this type of mana regeneration item...do you want it? I have no need for it anymore."
-
"Um...I mean I wouldn't want to just...take it from you..." Lilly told the librarian, trying to be polite.
-
"I have no need for it so I was just going to give it away, but if you don't want it maybe someone else does." She placed it back in the chest.
-
"Oh! No! I want it!" Lilly burst out. But she covered her mouth quickly afterwards, as if she had just said some terrible curse.
-
Violet giggled and brought the item back out, placing it on the desk. "You're almost frighteningly identicle to me a decade ago."
