I really need help , although I get the funny Feeling I will not get it. I have been trying to contact bungie by phone , by twitter , Facebook all day only to be cycled in a loop on an international
Phone line and ignored on all other media- while transferring an item of armour from one character to another on the app I was prompted with “Sorry error” the armour never moved , I closed the app down and opened it up again my 304 helmet which had taken me 3 weeks of HARD grind to get had disappeared. I can’t tell u how angry this has made me and now wasting a full day when no one will even answer my call . Thanks for the support bungie

Hey there killawill23, My apologies for the inconvenience! What you'll want to do is launch Destiny 2 and head to the tower/farm and go to your vault. When an error occurs with a transfer of gear it will send it to the vault as a safety precaution.
