Random = unbalance. unbalance = unfair and unfun
For example someone who has played 5 minutes gets one of the best wepons and a God roll. Then there's player 2 who has played 300 hours and hasn't gotten the wepon with a good roll.
See where there is a problem it's to random where as if everyone gets the same wepon it will be balanced. Sure I might get boring at time but if they keep adding new wepons like they have been it won't. Plus there is a dlc in December so it may change then I doubt it will but it is still a possibility
