There's a Hakke rocket launcher that tracks targets. It's off the chain, especially in crucible. I feel like they may end up nerfing the tracking at some point, but it's awesome right now, tracks like a shrieker blast from D1.

It's called Morrigan-D. I'm pretty sure I got it from the gunsmith, but it may have been from an engram.
