Please don't. I'd rather have more weapons with thoughtful, prerolled perks so when I tell someone I have a "_____", they don't have to say "WHAT PERKS?"
Seriously, that made D1 weapons garbage and you could have different weapons with the SAME EXACT PERKS AND ARCHETYPE with DIFFERENT NAMES.
