Static rolls and somewhat unique? I think you contradicted yourself. It's fine if you like static rolls (I don't), but you can't claim that they're unique when they are by definition not.

He's saying that each named gun is somewhat unique. My Better Devils and your Better Devils are both the same gun. No chance that mine has reload on critical health and yours has luck in the chamber. This is a good thing IMO, especially when you're talking about PvP.
