You know what would have made Devrim a lot cooler?
If he actually used his rifle. Like ever. He just stares out his window making comments about things that aren't there. You could fake it easily. When he looks out his window run a check if there is any Fallen in that area across from him. If there is just pick an enemy at random and make their head explode. Boom. Devrim killed a drug. Simple.
