A man was in the range, holding a Falkor Petra rifle in hand. Leon had been trying to get antiquated with rifles, seeing as many used them around here. His load out was still with him though, giving a contrast of new and old. A shortsword sat on his left hip, covered by a buckler. A spear was buried in a target a bit further away, the target looking like it had been electrified or something. His personal armour was on his body, training like it was real, though instead of Black it was Ivory white plates over black stab-resilient material. His helmet covered his face, looking somewhat like the skull of some large humanoid creature with three eyes. On the shoulder of the armour read what looked like a unit sign: MLS-78.
He seemed to have learned his way around the gun well. He loaded a 15 round mag into the rifle as he pulled the bolt to chamber a round. The stance was much like shooting his crossbow, so that wasn't a problem as he sighted in the first target. As the shot was heard two more followed, nailing the target in military procedure: two t the chest one to the head. The shots were dead accurate, as he did the same with four more targets. He slung it on his back as he drew a pistol, turning to the nearest target and unloading the 10-round magazine into two targets before holstering it on his right hip.
He had damaged a few targets, tho for he had taken the liberty of replacing all but the speared one. Some of the targets Brie the damage of crossbow bolts, others of knife throws and bullet wounds. Whoever the shooter was, he was a good shot with precision weapons it seemed. He reloaded both the rifle and pistol, before picking up his crossbow again.
