A singular response was received, from an old source. It seemed almost as old as theirs, dating not long after the Exalin expedition. It identified itself as 'Klank', and then transmitted a code similar to their own access codes, if only newer.

Came the immediate queries. If their databases had access, they'd be able to sift through its combat record and note it had participated in the Axion operation as a member of the fireteam

The signal still held enough similarities to the old Remnant transmissions to be recognizable. A calm, baritone voice replied, [quote]We are the 31st Imperial Remnant Fleet, and we are here to defend the denizens of the Dojo. [/quote]
