equipment problem : impossible to infuse or dismantle

hello, a friend and me have a problem since last night. we can't infuse or dismantle our equipment and we can't see their specifications. i'm on ps4 and for the time being i put my item in the trunk but this one has a maximum capacity (200 item). after that the progress will be impossible.
