yeah, I think it was mostly in the earlier stories of TTK? that I actually had to burn precious primary synths even to barely scrape through a single mission. Ghost can only scrounge up so much, and I think that's even only if it can find ammo that already dropped? (and I'm not even sure if that's working correctly in D2, I've tried the whole crouch-for-30s thing in the new game, and even when I can see ammo out there, dingdanged lazy Ghost won't go get it for me lol...)
