I pity you. That's legitimately the most pathetic outlook I've heard in a very long time.
It's also 1000% false.

it's realistic. and true. maybe read books on human psycology/behaviour. or you know, have the gall to question your own motives for once. but I guess you're afraid.
-
"Books on psychology"? You think that's an accurate source to reference when referring to billions of people? And I have examined my own motives. And those of others. There are more than enough accounts of selflessness to blow your theory out of the water. You want to be miserable? Fine. Don't try to tell others they should be miserable too.
-
it's a start. so you're observations are more reliable than that of those that specialise in such subjects?..interesting.. - not enough it seems. go deep enough, and there's no such thing as selflessness. society just accepts certain things as "selfless" but it's always benificial to the "selfless" even if its just a warm fuzzy feeling. - and did I say was miserable? nope. if you cant handle it, then don't think about it or reply. ignorance is bliss after all. enjoy.
-
I'm sorry you're to blind to see the reality right in front of your face.

Edited by LirraaK: 9/24/2017 7:24:36 PMna mate, that's you. - some of us just arn't afraid to keep questioning everything. or simply don't have a choice in the matter due to our neurological makeup. - I've spent a large part of life talking to a lot of different therapists, of different backgrounds due to my high functioning autism. cbt, councilling, autism specialists. they always eventually ask questions that leads to this kinda thing, and have all agreed that what i say is pretty much right on the money. their reply: " try not to think about so much" and then encourage the commen cognitive behavioural therapy teqnique of "fake it to make it". but im happy with the truth. - no point bringing truth to someone to shortsighted, or maybe too afraid of the truth. I don't see continuing this supposed information exchange being benificial to me, even as perspective information. since ive already been exposed to this opinion, deconstructed and pulled it apart before with, and against therapists. im not going to learn anything new. - so as I said. enjoy your veil. g'bye
