Sounds like PUG problems to me.
I'm blessed with a tight group - we've been gaming together for around 6 years now, we all schedule raid groups well in advance as we're all in touch via Twitter.
I hope you can find something like that. I really do, I couldnt imagine gaming without them.

Lol. That's actually been part of the problem for me with D1. I would find cool groups, only to realize I'd never get to play with them because I was just filling a slot for one of their regulars. Or I would join up with randoms who mixed like oil and water. Meanwhile my real friends can only seem to maintain interest in a game for about a week tops. So yeah, you're lucky.
