We've already levelled up for the week ( you can only rise one level per week) so after the reset tomorrow you will start seeing clan points come up on your screen when you loot a lost sector, do a public event,etc. Use your lvl 20 character for clan points though. I don't think you contribute points before 20. We have so many members niw we'll probably level up Tuesday or Wednesday, then point contributions stop until the next reset. Just make sure you do some stuff early so you get the rewards.
