"I swear if that's the reaper I'm gonna beat his ass....he pissed me off last time with that annoying ticking, almost punched him, except I remembered he's death and nothing can phase him.....annoying bastard."
He managed to eventually hop up and took in his surroundings.

As he stood up, he saw that what he stood on was a massive pillar in the centre of an endless sea. The water stretched on until he could see it no more. While he had seen this before, the day he had been felled in battle by a great warrior, this was the end of the similarities. Because now, there was a bridge. A long rope bridge connected to the massive pillar he stood on, and stretched across the sea to another large landmass that stretched up high and above it. On this landmass a large building stood. It looked...well, like a church if anything. It had a triangular set of gables over its stone built walls and stained glass windows. Above the building, connected to it, a large clock tower.
-
"Yep.....I'm officially dead and that there's the way to heaven." Funnily enough, he wasn't a religious man yet the day he died he had a full blown conversation with God. Now that was something else. He started his walk across the bridge, his hands in his pockets and his hair blowing in the wind.
-
As he walked, the stone built building continued to loom in the distance. As he did however...something strange happened. Well this whole situation was strange, but still. Suddenly the sky grew dark and turned into a familiar blood red. Through the clouds, a massive moon began to penetrate the atmosphere. It had massive beating eyes that glared at Zane as it's clenched teeth made it look like it was in a perpetual state of anger.
-
"Great.....Majoras moon. Didn't I destroy that thing long ago?"
-
As Zane continued to walk however, he saw that the moon began to fade away as well as the red sky. They formed into what one would expect from a moon and a night sky, a glowing rock in the middle of darkness. As he took more steps, he saw that the sky began to change once more. This time, the embers of twilight rose around him as the eternal dusk coated the area.

Edited by Zane the 3rd: 9/8/2017 1:38:52 AM"Twilight....I know I got rid of this...." He mentally hit himself for being so dense. This was a reflection of his past deeds, the good he managed to do in his 36 years of life. "Yeah, I used my wish to fuse twilight with the current realm."
-
The twilight seemed to be broken throughout the sky, as it had done when Zane broke its hold over the twilit people. As it did, the sky was black and plumy, and from the top of the building a massive horned figure with red eyes looked down on Zane. The time wraith, Jataque.
-
"The one that tormented my family for years.....I'm glad he's finally dead." He continued to walk down the bridge, reflecting his life.
-
The time wraith reeled in pain and fell behind the building, and the sky churned into a snow storm. This happened as he neared the oaken door, which had a large door knocker on the right and left side of the double doors. The snow cut across his face and he felt ice freeze to his eyelashes and eyebrows.
-
Edited by Zane the 3rd: 9/9/2017 5:05:10 AM"Strange.....what's this memory?" He raises the knocker and used it to bang on the door.
-
A sound of the two pieces hitting against one another echoed across the vastness of Zane's area. The snow continued to bite away at him as the two doors suddenly jolted, and began to open slowly and widely in front of him. Inside, Zane only saw a dark and vast abyss, with a large amount of light shining down on one part of it. He couldn't see what it was from where he stood. Then, he noticed something else, just something that caught his eye. All of the numbers on the clock, they were mirrored as they should be on the front of the building. The one was backwards and the two, as well as the three.
-
Edited by Zane the 3rd: 9/10/2017 5:21:22 PM"What the hell is going on....what is this place?" He walked inside and into the light.
-
As he stood in the centre, he saw that ahead of him the number 12. clockwise, was a 1, and so on around him. He stood in the centre of a reflected clock, and as he looked to where the light came from, he saw the clock on the inside of the building had its numbers in the correct way. Then, Zane heard footsteps.
-
He turned around to face the person that was waking to him. "Who's there?"
-
He saw a figure in the dark then step into the light, and immediately Zane recognized the figure. He had long black shaggy hair and wore a black cloak around himself. He had light blue skin and Amber eyes which he used to look at Zane. He was relaxed as he gave Zane a small grin. "Well...looks like you've finally ended up here." Said Cyrus. Or was it the Time wraith?
-
Edited by Zane the 3rd: 9/10/2017 8:50:27 PM"Yeah....killed by a power hungry tyrant no less." He let out a heavy sigh. "Where exactly is here anyway? This is a lot different from when I first died."
-
"Well I suppose the difference this time, is that you haven't died. Well...yet." Cyrus told Zane as the figure looked around the abyss nonchalantly.
-
"Wait, what do you mean I haven't died yet? I'm in limbo or something like that?"
-
"No. What I am saying is, I tore your soul out of your body so we could speak within the time Tywin swings, and when he kills you. I have taken you to a place where time travels in such a minuscule amount, you could spend a life time here within the time someone in your world takes a single step."
-
"Aaand how the hell did you manage to tear the soul out of my living body?"
-
"Before death, the soul becomes malleable to the point that a creature of great power can take it from its host. That is why the term "before you die, your life flashes before your eyes." Comes from. It is the rapid transformation of the soul before death." The wraith explained. But then, he chuckled as he shook his head. "But come on now, these sorts of questions aren't important at the moment. What you should be concerned about, is what world you will be leaving behind."
-
"I know what il be leaving. Il be letting Tywin win. He'll have control of the world, and nobody will be able to stop him."
-
"Indeed. But...is that so bad? Letting him win? And why do YOU have to stop him...?"
-
"Because my family is still down there, along with the dojo. It's my duty to protect them, because there is nobody else that can."
-
"Ah....you are so right. Or at least, you had the best chance, but now you are about to die." Cyrus said. "Well, maybe if you had some of your friends with you, you could have stood a greater chance against him."
