This was the same with Vel, who looked like she was about to pass out. "Where are you, Vic...sounds like you about to...eat some random cockatoe wit...your bare hands." She had drunkenly told Vic, barely getting a sentence out.

"...What's a cockatoe." [i]Was all that Victoria muttered, her tone slow and almost sick, in a manner. She looked as if she would laugh a slight amount to herself, though she contained her idiocy with mere silence, before speaking up again.[/i] "Just.. w-waiting.. really."

"Y...Yeah." Vel had told her, leaning on Victoria's shoulder. She seemed to hurl a little on the floor, probably from all the alcohol she had consumed. Four whole bottles of vodka and whiskey tends to do that to you. Fortunately, said throw up didn't land in Vic's direction. "Ya know...if we do this again...remind me not to drink so much." She had said out, before pulling a little more.
