As the man continued to fall from the building, the explosion of flame would cushion his fall, and burn his clothes away as his own self flew up into the air, his velocity slowed just enough for him to land on the ground without breaking any bones.
He slowly pushed himself to stand straight, his knees slowly stabilizing to stop shaking. As he gazed at the smoke from both the grenades and the massive flames surrounding the area, he grinned. It was his area now.
The sound of crackling flames filled the air, and the sun was obscured by towering plumes of smoke. That was when the man opened his mouth, and inhaled deeply.
Smoke and flames appeared to be sucked towards the man, entering his mouth to be literally swallowed. After a few moments, enough smoke had been consumed that visibility was clear enough for the man to see Xavier.
Then, he exhaled, a puff of smoke leaving his mouth. His eyes changed color, becoming the color of normal fire. The same would happen to the flames on his right arm, becoming normal fire.
He felt refreshed and energetic, after his small snack of smoke and flames. The flames on his arm seemed to have increased in height significantly. And the man knew this, but didn't find it uncomfortable in the slightest.
He would raise his right arm, and the flames that ignited cars and other roadside things around Xavier would respond. He closed his open hand into a fist, fire from all around Xavier being forced to rapidly close in around him–and attempt to burn him alive in a tomb of fire.
Simultaneously, his cybernetic arm was ready to go again. The man rushed towards Xavier, before a light inside his barrel began to glow. Another blast of napalm left his arm, more hellish flames rushing and–hopefully–burying Xavier in burning flame.
