Lyn didn't fight the current, but instead swam with it, knowing that should be a way out.

 • Her instincts were right, and she found herself pulled under the wall of the cavern and through a water filled tube like cave system. There was no way for her to get air as the cave was filled and rushing with water which made her gain more and more speed as she was subjected to the predicament.

 • She was perfectly fine without the air for a while, just waited to get out.

 • She continued to be thrown through the current. A minute had passed by the time she began to slow down, but she saw no exit. The water seemed to be flowing through a crack in the wall, the very wall she found herself being smashed into. The wall held her where she was, and the current began to beat on her. It continued to flow through the wall, but she was not nearly large enough to be fit into the tight space.

 • Before she hit the wall she used the speed she had gained and the power of the water to smash her fist into the wall. If it didn't budge she could always look through the crack and attempt to teleport to the other side.

 • However, that wasn't necessary as she smashed through the wall and began to fall with the water that rushed out behind her. She crashed into the floor, but the water that was flowing protected her as she was propelled forward. She saw a massive opening ahead, out into the bright Ko-Rudo mountains and she was flung out of the cave. Where she began to free fall into the crevice below. However before she teleported, she felt a large steel object latch around her body. She saw that it was a large claw that grasped her. It's source? The massive iron mining machine she had used to get her. It was twenty stories above her but it seemed that it had spotted her in time to grab her. "We got you Lyn." the massive machine said, presumably voiced by one of the miners. "Think you could teleport up here? Or do you wanna take a breather and enjoy the ride up?"

 • Lyn sighed in relief and smiled, letting her body go limp so she could rest some. "I think I'll just enjoy the view, thank you very much."

 • As the crane pulled her up, she was able to take a glimpse at the city. She saw burnt down buildings, corpses, destroyed vehicles and more. But in the sky she saw a massive mandolorian fleet, it must have been Cannon's. Not only that, it seemed that there were no more dragons to be seen in the sky either. To add on to this, she saw a massive horde of civilians being escorted out of the city down a winding path by the mandolorian soldiers. It looked a whole lot like victory from where she stood. Or in her case, hung from.

 • "Can't wait to see what will turn this hope into sh*t. Maybe some mystery power the big boss should've used from the beginning?" Lyn tried to calm down as she talked to herself.
huehuehue
She reached the machine where a hatch opened an pulled her through. The hatch closed and she stood in the belly of the large beast as she was released from the crane. The pilot miner rushed down the staircase that presumably lead to the driving room to meet Lyn. "Well, now that your scenic route is over, ready to get back to work?"
end of chapter 48
