If anyone is getting WC-40360-3 error trying to pre download
The way I got it to download was to go into my Library in the ps4 menu and select Purchased. There I found Destiny 2 with a count down on it and selected it and was able to press download. Hope this helps some ppl out.

That is a Sony error code you need to ask them.
