“You’re still not getting what I mean by using your wings more for agility and as a weapon when necessary. You’re being reckless. You’re only using them as shields and blunt objects to whack with and not even attempting to evade with them. They’re strong, but they’re not that strong and you rely on them for power. You lose them you’ve lost the fight, so you gotta let the rest of your body take a few beatings too.” I sighed and held my face in my hands. I had been helping train the angel looking girl named, Victoria, for hours now in the Dojo Sim rooms. Sadly, the girl’s boxing like street fighting didn’t really fit the powers she seemed to posses...I wished I had those powers instead at the time, thinking I could do better. Honestly, I probably could’ve. “Yeah yeah! I know!” “Then do it! You can’t say you know until you actually do.” The simulation ran again. The sim I programmed into the system was just a few basic human muggers that charged without much thought. They’d randomly have a bat or brass knuckles or even a gun. I thought some randomness was necessary to make sure she didn’t just memorize their movements. “Again!” Victoria was surrounded by four muggers that poofed into existence and within seconds she had flipped and punched and kicked them all unconscious. Luckily she used my advice a little more this time and because she actually evaded she managed to not take a single hit. I clapped and grinned before patting her on the back. She breathed heavily, out of breath from the many attempts to get it right. “You owe me a coke for putting me through this hell for the past few hours.” “Actually, I think you owe me for helping you better yourself. I was initially going to better myself, but decided to be nice and help you instead.” “I don’t think training like this will help you. You need to go get some powers or something. Maybe a radioactive spider? Have you tried that?” “Oh shut up, V.” We turned around to leave when we noticed someone had already walked in…. [spoiler]Open.
