[b][i]The Shape of the Stars: Prologue[/i][/b]
[i]Time was born in darkness, and all was well. Then LUMOS, the 'oh so great, Illuminator' dared to disrupt peace with Light. And then came the Stars. I hate their very shape!
But all that will end at last. Lumos is mine, and the light will soon fade.
The Dark will be at peace for I am Niobach.[/i]

[b][i] Dojoville[/i][/b]
For once, the people of Dojoville were experiencing a day of peace and tranquility. The birds sang, children played in the streets, and merchants competed in the market.
One little boy ran into an alley, searching for a lost ball. He found a man there, holding the lost object.
"Is this yours?"
The boy nodded, slightly intimidated by the tall man.
"Here, take it."
The man held out the ball and gave it to the boy, who then ran off.
Locke sighed, looking into the sky. He was on patrol, and things were shaping up to be rather dull. As he slowly treaded the streets of the city, he took note of its citizens and their interactions. He missed days like this.
Suddenly, he felt a tap on his shoulder. He turned to find Tara, an exuberant, and short xeno he met soon after arriving.
"Tara? What's going on? I'm on patrol."
"I know, but we hav-"
*Crack!*
The peace quickly faded as single massive starship appeared in the planet's orbit, putting off a dark aura.
"We have to stop that ship!"
"What is that ship?!"
"I'll explain later, come on!"
The two raced through the streets until they came to the edge of town.
Tara looked at Locke, "You take care of the situation here on the ground, I'll take the mother ship."
Locke watched the field before him as she flew off. Even now, a legion of darkness gathered before him and he summoned all of his strength. He only hoped it would be enough.
[spoiler]So it begins. This is open to those who signed up.l, however only the first reply will get to storm the mother ship with Tara. All others will fight on the ground with Locke.[/spoiler]

[b][i]Leon raced there, on bike with crossbow in hand. He had his battle gear on as he dismounted the bike on approach, looking ahead[/i][/b] "Need a hand?"

Locke nodded. "We have to keep them busy while the air team takes out the mother ship."
-
"Make shit dead? I can do that amigo." [b][i]She says grinning a bit as he raised his weapon[/i][/b]
-
"Good luck. I'll take the 5,000 on the left, you take the 5,000 on the right."

"Well, guess we're putting my shooting to the test. It just us or we have any other men?"
-
"We have a female Warlock, but she's on the other side of the valley. We also have a team taking out the mother ship."

"Well, guess it's time to add more to my track record then." [b][i]He said, as he looked to see how many bolts he had on his bike.[/i][/b]

Locke rushes into the horde of darkness, leaving Leon to his own task.

[b][i]Leon mounted his bike, giving towards enemy as he shot and stabbed his way through, a knight on a gas guzzling steed[/i][/b]
-
A soldier bigger than any of the others rammed into him from the side, with a near invisible speed.

[b][i]He rolled off his bike, turning to face it with his spear [/i][/b]
-
It stands 9'4" tall and carries a massive spiked club. "Puny mortal, DIE!" It rushes him, swinging its club into Leon's legs.

[b][i]Leon saw the strike coming easily, dodging the strike as he dashed in, jamming his spear into the man's kneecap as he electrocuted, moving around him and ripping it out the other side of his leg.[/i][/b]

The giant howled in pain but was somehow still standing. "That hurt, now you will HURT!" The club suddenly glowed with a strange darkness and the giant moved towards Leon once more, this time with more purpose. It feinted to the right and swung around with a strong left strike, right into Leon's abdomen.

[b][i]He hadn't waited for the club's first strike. Again he dashed under the creature, this time drawing a swords and slicing the hamstring on it's other leg, bringing it to its knees[/i][/b]

Yet again the giant screamed in pain but stayed steady. "I am the undying. I WILL KILL YOU!" It unleashed ever quicker strikes with the club.

[b][i]Leon was fast though, and already had backpedaled out of range as he drew his crossbow, firing a bolt shot right into the creatures eye[/i][/b]

This finally seemed to give the giant pause as it roared in agony before pulling the arrow out of its eye. "You... DIE!!!" It unleashed a sudden torrent of dark energy blasts, each with deadly accuracy.

[b][i]Leon brought his shield up, moving to avoid the blasts and blocking any that hit him before he electrified his spear, hurling it into the creatures jugular[/i][/b]

The soldier catches the spear, stopping it centimeters away from its neck. "Fool." It breaks the spear in half and once again rushes Leon.

[b][i]Ss it grabbed the spear, what would be the equivalent of a whole power generator entering this body heading straight to its heart.. the spear was surprisingly durable, unable to be snapped[/i][/b]

The giant hurled it safely away from the battlefield, and then rushed at him once more.

[i][b]He grabbed both his swords, charging as well. He makes it look like he'd jump right at the creature[/b][/i]

It swung its club, aiming for Leon's head.

[b][i]Again Leon ducked down, sliding under it as she slashed both hamstrings again with his blades electrified. The creature wouldn't be able to stand after that, not physically possible,[/i][/b]
