"After I was shown around the premises by Quincy, I went off on my own to seek training. Word of my oddly specific details of my request spread so widely even though I'd only been at it an hour, people began to assume I was the new blood asking a lot of specific questions. I got the my problem solved almost completely with the help of Leon here. I'm in the middle of something right now but I'd like to know why after all this time you're just now approaching me about this but that can wait."

(Dojo is a bit different, where you can have multiple people go through the same interactions and have them all be Cannon. Just an FYI, because I read what you and Bacon did.) "After all this time... I think you're ready. I've been.... Observing you let's say. As I usually do with people such as yourself." The shadowy man said, sighing. "You see... I myself am a fallen Angel of sorts."

(Ok, I just wanted to have a bit of consistency and continuity for my character and his arc but my bad.) "Ok I'll just finish interrogating this scumbag with Leon and we can talk but If Leon is done I'll just end this already." I turn to the suspect with murderous intent sharply gleaming in my eyes. The bartender cracks immediately and begs for mercy promising to tell me everything about why he tried to poison is. "Well lets say I believe you you were being controlled by someone else, why would they be after us. Leon seems like he doesn't have too many enemies who'd be that cowardly. He wouldn't deal with you and I haven't made much if a name for myself yet. Who sent you?" The man's eyes roll back into his head begins speaking into tongues as his eyes and mouth bleed violently and he collapses. "I guess he was telling the truth about the outside influence. " I sigh and sit down and ask the stranger " What'd you need to talk about?"

Don't disrespect one of the most outgoing men I've ever met!" I lashed out in defense of my friend and mentor. Ignoring the valid help I was needing and being offered.

"Wasn't aware I disrespected him at all. Just said it can only go so far." The man said, sighing. "He might be outgoing, but that doesn't mean he's a master of the trade. I, for one, have spent nearly eleven thousand years around swords, Spears and weapons you couldn't even dream of. So you can imagine how far [i]that[/i] would go."

"Well, I already had some intermediate training before joining the dojo. Leon is a master by Mortal standards. Not a fair comparison when a seemingly immortal warrior with 10k plus years of experience. I only just gained longevity and was human myself just a year ago. Don't be pretentious."

"Not your experience, I was calling YOU pretentious for thinking that it was a valid comparison. You are immortal with more experience than even most other immortals like us. I haven't lost touch with my humanity yet so how could I not be upset about that?"

"You... Don't be. It's real quite simple. It's a valid comparison, I think. I give you glimpse into what I know, which is more then the mortal man. Lure you in, make you think of the possibilities. Show you a few moves, teach you a few things so you can surpass your mentor. I mean have you never watched a movie before?"

"Its more of a cultural thing for where I'm from. I forgot that this place is a gathering from around the omniverse but when I lashed out. Did you not realize that I was offended and deduce it was more of a cultural thing."

Since I had gotten info from that bartender I was anxious to get out of the infirmary. I began explaining, "I have the power to summon a divine spear called True Longinus. It killed a god at its prime. I have no idea how to use most of its powers and need to learn how to do so. Its a sacred gear if you know what those are."
