They were confused but moved past. At "innocent" all of them looked away. FemAlph broke the silence
"Well......okay then."
The male still seemed unsure of what was going on.
"Uh.....who are you again?"

"I'm glad you asked!" Quincy said as he did a bit of an exaggerated bow. "My name is Quincy and this is my dearest companion and friend Nyxon." he said, introducing them both. Nyxon just gave a little wave with his hand.
-
He just rolled his eyes as he holstered his weapon. He then said "I'm tired of this shit." "Agreed" "Yeah" The Alpha's all agreed on that
-
"Well isn't that fun." Q commented with a bit of a grin. "So, how, per say, did this little conundrum come to pass?" Q asks.
-
As he said that, Male and child both disappeared. Alpha was surprised "I...have no clue."
-
"Well we should probably go follow those other two yous then." Quincy said as he began sniffing them out. "I'll see you two later I suppose." Nyxon said as he jogged off towards Ry's ship, exiting the scene.
-
They were gone, completely gone, without a trace. "That'll be hard"
-
"Well nuts. Just as something cool happens.." said Q with a snap of his fingers, a little bummed. "Anyway, how've you been Alex?" he asks, his previous mood returning.
-
"...I've been better" She said, shifting. She was wearing her purple hoodie, jeans and boots. As she stood there she exuded an air of self-conscious shame. Something happened to remind her of something really, really bad.
-
Quincy picked up on that rather quickly, thinking for a split second before his ears perked. "Wanna go for a coffee? you look like you need one."
-
"Sure. But you do realize I'm engaged, right?" She asked him before looking up at him.
-
"I'm married, remember?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. "Besides, when did it become weird for me to offer coffee to people? I own a cafe. Kinda. Rock owns it technically but he's always on vacation or doing things to get richer."
-
"Hmph." She said, but she wasn't this withdrawn before
-
"Well, c'mon then." he said as he gestured for her to follow as he started off in the direction of the cafe.
-
She did, sighing. She put her hands in her hoodie pocket, and raised her hood.
-
After a silent trip into Dojoville, they arrive at the cafe. It was mostly empty except for Dave, the male lamia who manned the cash register, and a few customers. Dave was more snake-like in appearance than your standard lamia, his head actually being that of a snake's, as one would imagine. He gave a nod to Q, who returned the gesture with a bit of a wave. "So, Alex, what'll it be?" Q asked her, talking about her choice of beverage.
-
"....surprise me" She said, tiredly
-
Quincy just started chuckling evily as he more or less pranced into the kitchen. Dave chuckled as well as he watched Quincy go, rather amused. "Ssso, you're Al-eckss?" Dave asked, his accent rather snake-like, his voice a bit raspy and deep, although not intimidating.
-
She nodded curtly "I wish everyone'd stop using my real name."
-
Dave seemed to chuckle slightly at her words. "Thatsss sssomething I can relate to. Namesss have power, whether people realize it or not. Sometimes namess are reminderss of past misstakes and ssometimess they carry ssour meaning. I sstopped using my name becaussse of my familyss' actionss. Im not assshamed, itss merely a matter of safety." he said, sighing afterward. At least it sounded like a sigh. It was more of a deep exhale with emotion.
