Immediately after their swords had touched, Crow would bring her sword to her right side, aiming another wide, horizontal slash, this time from her right to her left–vice versa for Markus. What Markus probably noticed was that Crow now held the blade with only her right hand. At the same time as she made her horizontal slash very noticeable and quick at the same time, she would throw a punch with her left gauntlet–much less noticeable–towards Markus' gut.
