Viperfish forces had been successfully pushed out of dojoville, but their conquest was still to be stopped. Following the incident, the next day, Fulmen led his allies into the dojo woods. Friendly Peregrine forces managed to intercept an enemy transmission. In the transmission, it seemed the enemy began full set up of bases and defenses in the woods. They could not allow their enemy to have this upper hand. Something needed to be done.
Fulmen entered the forest first with his teammates right behind him. In the forest, there was an eerie feeling surrounding them. Icons of a viperfish were printed on signs and nailed to trees. To top it off, along the ground were scraps of metal, scattered randomly.
Fulmen turned to his allies and raised his eyebrows jokingly at what they saw.
"They really know how to make this place look nice... but in all seriousness, keep it tight. We don't exactly know what we will be walking into here..."

Crow simply followed Fulmen in silence, unsheathing her sword, and holding it up in front of herself, aiming the blade upwards and diagonally.
-
Soon they came to a stop near a clearing. They could hear voices and Fulmen edged closer toward the open, looking at what it was. They could see there were soldiers crowding around a crashed starship. They also were inside, looting the ship. Fulmen whispered. "That's my ship... they're trying to take it over... that's not okay." Began to walk outside toward the left, remaining unnoticed by them.
-
Crow continued to following, making sure to keep an eye on the enemy and the ship, as well as remaining silent and following the group.
-
Soon they came to a stop behind an unguarded area of the ship. Fulmen waited for a few seconds, counting them down on his fingers, then moved forward. He ran to the closest one to him and snapped his neck, then two more before they caught on.
-
"It is quite shocking to see the development of this, it's been a single day and they've done so much to terraform our World." Jeremiah grunted as he walked, turning to look at Hamilton. "Indeed." Hamilton calmed and simply responded as they walked.
-
Fulmen replied. "It is crazy, in fact, something isn't normal about this... viperfish was never this quick with anything, always careful planning with things..."
-
"Might have an inside man. Tell them things they need to know about the world?"
-
"Definitely something like that. Whoever it is or whatever it is, we need to stop them." Soon, they found a clearing where there were enemies walking around a crashed ship. Fulmen quieted down and watched them. "That's my ship!" He whispered, "those thieves... they're trying to loot it..."
-
"Who the hell do they think they armed? Some god damn cult or something? 'Cause last time I checked, this wasn't normal for us humans to be doing." Marcus had whispered to Fulmen, Mauser raised.
-
"These are warning signs, a kind of way to mark a border between our land and theirs... we aren't supposed to be here anymore than they were supposed to be in dojoville." As they got further, Fulmen stopped him. They could here voices of people in the distance. Fulmen inched closer to the voices till they could see a clearing ahead with a crashed ship. Enemies were in it and around it, looting it. Fulmen whispered angrily. "That's my ship... those little thieves!"
-
"Your ship? Why exactly is your ship there? Did you attempt to sabotage them by yourself or somethin'?" Marcus asked, clearly wondering about why his ship was in their territory.
-
Fulmen stared at Marcus with a weird expression. "You don't remember? I figured you would; you saw it when I crashed it here. That was before all this... and I just never got around to moving it..." They continued to move stealthily around the clearing.
-
"Yeah...I mean I did come from Earth back when the German Empire and the Ottos were attempting to bash our heads into the walls of Europe." He whispers, continuing to follow Fulmen. "Have any ideas on how to take this? I've got none, other than use this gun." He says.
-
"Of course I have a plan." He looked at his belt which had a shield generator on it, then looked back up. "It might get us killed, but I think it will work. We just need to get inside the ship..."
-
"Killed?! Is that the best odds of us getting out alive? Not that I'm disagreeing with you our anything..." he says.
-
"I know what I'm doing, don't worry." He pulled Marcus and himself into the open and activated the shield generator. Enemies noticed and began attacking while the shields managed to protect them for the moment. They made a B-line for the ship entrance.
-
"Shit; in all of hell and beyond!" The Australian shouted, firing his Mauser blindly at any enemy he could hear shooting from.
-
Fulmen pulled them inside the ship and yanked the door shut. He then ran to the cockpit and started messing with the controls. "Keep using that Mauser and guard the door in case any try to get in."
-
"Got it mate!" He says, pointing the gun toward the door, should anyone come in. "Please tell me they won't have guns, please tell me they aren't giants." He whispers to himself, letting Fulmen do his thing.
-
Fulmen messed with the controls as fast as he could, but while he did, to Marcus's disliking, a few gunshots rang out and began to crack the glass on the door.
-
"As, for f***'s sake!" He shouted, firing his Mauser toward the gunmen, eventually ducking into any form of cover as he reloaded.
-
Edited by Haknir: 8/12/2017 4:32:18 AMSince the entire ship was bullet proof apart from the window on the door, he had plenty of cover. That was before one of the gunmen bashed his gun through the window and started trying to fire inside at anyone he could see with his semi auto rifle.
-
"F***." He had simply cursed to himself out loud, firing two shots of his Mauser toward the gunman.
-
The gunman fell back out on to the ground. Marcus heard Fulmen yelling from the back. "Keep it up, I'm almost there!" He then heard the fins on each wing of the ship start moving followed by the same voice from the cockpit quietly talking: "Dang it. Wrong one..." Another man shoved a blade of some sort into the door and began to pry it open.
-
"Oh for f***'s sake, are they damn serious!" The Australian rolled, firing multiple shots of the Mauser toward the blade, hoping one would squeeze through and hit the guy's hand.
