  • I bought the season of plunder silver bundle, used silver to buy this season (18) season's pass. I played the seasonal intro on my warlock, titan, and hunter; in each mission, I received the skeleton key seasonal artifact and was returned to orbit upon beating the final boss. I have "ahoy and aweigh" in my milestones describing: Interaction witnessed" and telling you go to the helm. At the helm I cannot progress, there is no cutscene, no quest given, nothing. I am seeing in the forums I should have been transported to the eliksni quarter upon completing the seasonal intro to talk to spider and receive a quest. This did not happen, and I cannot visit the eliksni quarter in my helm, as there is no spot for it on the map. I also cannot repeat the seasonal intro, there is nothing on Europa on any of my characters for this season. I cannot play any of the seasonal activities or experience any of the seasonal story. I can upgrade the skeleton key and acquire and complete seasonal bounties, that's it. I would have simply refunded the silver purchase and rebought the season pass again, but steam (my platform) will not honor my request. So, I bought the season pass, and I can't participate in any seasonal activities on any of my characters. I want a response, and some help would be fair and appreciated. UPDATE: Reinstalled, eliksni quarter added to my helm on all characters. I arrive and go to the spider vendor and a character called eido is talking to him. My milestone is updated to: "talk to spider", after they stop talking. I approach spider and nothing happens, there is just a blank bounty screen. All of my characters encounter this issue, I cannot play any seasonal activities or engage in any seasonal story content. I have received no seasonal quests, I only have the "talk to spider" milestone. I am reinstalling AGAIN to attempt to find a solution to this block I am experiencing on PAID content progression. Would really like some help with this live service game for content I paid for and cant see or experience.

  • My psn was recently hacked and whoever got onto my psn loaded up destiny 2 and deleted my characters. They deleted my entire inventory and vault. Is there anything that can be done? My psn is TheGrayDireWolf. I've been playing since beta of d1 and have put so many hours into this game and have even spent money. If there is no way any of this can be recovered then you lose a very loyal customer.

  • I tried to load into a Nightfall and it says that it requires Destiny 2: The Witch Queen even though that the game I bought. Every other mission works, Crucible, Trials, Campain. How can I fix this?

  • This is garbage. Why spend money with a company that wont allow you to reach out when there is a problem from their end. The gear and history shows i had the beyond the light pass now you strip it from me and say spend more money. Why so you can steal more from me. WOW! BUNGIE IS A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!

    Hey so I went to go get on destiny to check some things out and every single one of my expansions( besides witch queen) and every one knows those cost a lot I am very Pissed and don't know what to do, I'm missing Beyond light, Shadow Keep, And Forsaken.

  • Hello, I purchased from the playstation store the 30th anniversary DLC. After I purchased it, I'm used to the "purchase" tab changing to a "download" tab in the playstation store so that I can download the DLC. This time when I purchased the 30th anniversary DLC the "purchase" tab just grayed out and nothing else can be done. It does not become a "download" button. I called Sony and they helped me trouble shoot it by restoring my licenses, rebooting everything and nothing worked. They will not allow a refund because they said it has been downloaded already. I do not see it in my gaming library nor do I see I anywhere in the Destiny 2 game. Please help! Thank You, Jack

  • Hey I got a question so yesterday I had the witch queen campaign but today when I log on to do it it says I don’t I have the quests I have the enigma I can go to savathuns throne world but it says when I try to go to do the stuff it says requires destiny 2 witch queen which again I had it but now I don’t? What’s up with that

  • I bought destiny 1 pre order, then had to buy it again later for rise of iron (whole game just for the dlc), and now it says I do not own the game but still have the dlc. Could I get some help .

  • I can’t get past the character selection screen without getting error coded weasel and I look up the error code and and it says something about logging in to multiple platforms Simultaneously but I only play on one platform and I’ve restarted my console multiple times uninstalled and reinstalled the game restarted the game multiple times and I’ve been trying to actually play the game since the day of season 18 I don’t know what to do anymore can someone help me?

  • What do I do if I'm missing content? I paid for the 30th anniversary expansion pack for witch queen and it came with 4 seasons and I only got 16 and 17. I didn't get 18 like I'm supposed to. Help please.

  • Why don’t add ons like bungie 30th pack transfer across platforms even with cross save on? I want to have the bungie 30th pack on my Xbox but I got the pack through epic games since it was free as of now. My computer can’t handle destiny on it but that’s where I had to get the 30th anniversary pack, and I wanted to get the quests done via my Xbox.

  • Bungie has no control of the licenses (dlc) the platforms do. Sony, Xbox, steam, stadia and now epic all want their cut so you will need to purchase it on all systems you wish to play on.

  • Hey My character is bugged or glitched bc it’s saying I’m power 1356 and all my armor and weapons are over 1500 I recently logged back in and that is what it says my titan and warlock were not bugged tho can you help?

  • Hey Kell, so I logged into the game today to find out my warlock is now a 1360. All the armor and weapons are above 1545 and clearly say that, so I decrypted an engram just to find out it was a 1361. A little nervous to move forward with this character because I don’t want to lose the progress I already made. My warlock was literally above 1550 the other day and idk what happened.
