Hi there I recently moved houses for uni and I left my ps5 at home and bought my ps4 with me and its been saying network configuration error weasel then I called someone at home to login into my ps5 to see if its saying the same thing and it is how do I stop this and get back on the game

Do you have the same set up as your uni? Does your uni have a firewall?

Nah it doesn't cos I've signed updated the game and everything on my ps4 and last time I played was on my ps5 on Saturday and left Sunday for uni and tried setting it up today to only be hit with weasel on ps4 which is with me at uni and the ps5 which is at home

Then your uni has crap internet. Your ps5 is on another internet set up then your ps4. If you are getting weasel error codes that means it's your uni.

I just tried my hotspot because I know this works cos my WiFi went down at home and i needed to complete a raid so it let me play and I've tried that aswell and still same issue

If you use a Hotspot that will cause you issues.

I’ve had the message banhours, how long will it be for? The problem is, my mate thought it’d he funny to type ‘recov’ into my account as my stats are -blam!- to make it look like im good, for a laugh! I can tell you now no one has my password and no one will access my account nor do any recovs. You can facetime me and I can show you logging into my account happily. As the banhours is pointless when nothing was happening against code of conduct in the first place. It was a word that was on the destiny 2 app searching for a fireteam for trials that has got me that. Please may you now unban me or send it to the relevant department to sort this out as im trying to find a team and I cant unless i’m unbanned from posting. We apologise for the mistake, I’ve also told my mate and he is gutted for me he didnt realise it would ACTUALLY get me banned. My account is ‘iii amg iii#7921 thanks

So I’ve tried to verify my email now atleast five times and it says I have but every time I open the app it tells me I haven’t. I’ve also tried to enter a cell number but every time it gives me the code it tells me “ patience is a virtue” like bruh what do I have to do to fix this?

Hey man, i got a problem on destiny 2 with game chat. In pve or pvp, everyone can hear me, but i cant hear the other players. I tested it with multiple friends and they all say they can hear me. I tried everythi g i could find on the internet but it just wont work. Im on ps4 and i have a official playstation bleutooth headsett. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

I have been trying to finish my taipan pattern but no matter what I do, it only shows progress as 1/2. Is this something I just have to wait to get corrected? Or should I contact somewhere else?

No can do. Bungie will not forcefully remove an account from cross save. They do not store our login information. You will need to contact steam to try and regain control of your account.

Are you guys ever going to fix the “ ‘ “ issue with names. Disappointing that I change my name and instead end up with a bunch of numbers a symbols 🤦🏼♂️

I cannot get the last 3 stasis fragments from the Exo Stranger as I have no memory fragments and she is not offering any quests. I have not done any quests for months with these so its not the 2 per week limit. The quest is not abandoned in my past quest kiosk. I have finished the campaign of beyond light a long time ago. For the moment I am simply left with no path forward and missing 3 fragments. Any ideas how to fix? I have been looking into this issue and it seems many people are having this problem with no response from bungie.

@kell of kelllogs what going on with the error code weasel issue I haven’t been able to get past character selection for the past 3 hours I’ve tried everything the troubleshooting forum said but nothing has fixed the issue

@kell of kelloggs I've already spoken with twitch support about getting the star burst emblem for watching the destiny 2 lightfall reveal livestream, I tried the troubleshooting tips they suggested but they didn't work, after that they said to contact bungie directly about getting help in receiving the emblem.

Hey my Zaolis bane got deleted when I was moving it to another character. What is going on?

Check all characters and the vault. If it hasn't reappeared in 24hrs then the weapon is considered lost. Bungie doesn't restore lost/deleted items for any reason.
