  • this is a terrible way to fix problems. the instant chats i get the first guy i talked to told me i was wrong and abruptly ended the chat, but i know i am right because i had a friend purchase the same thing and it worked for him

    I'm having account issues.. So far for the past three days I have been unable to access my characters using any companion or item manager app. I've used multiple applications, multiple devices such as phones/laptop/iPad/etc, and have scoured the internet for a fix but I honestly can't find an answer; much less someone else who's experienced this. Furthermore, I cant load any of my account cross save data. But everything in settings looks fine. All platforms are still linked. Any kind of companion app tells me my account info cant be found. DIM, D2 companion and not even armor picker work for me. I wish I could get into contact because this is a legit issue and I assure its not user error. I've exhausted all my resources. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. -FRxBear *UPDATE* For whatever reason I cant delete this reply so in the off chance someone ends up here with the same issue, I found the fix. As crazy as it sounds, go into all 3 characters and change all of your emblems.. My situation I ended up pulling an emblem from collections on my titan. idk what the bug was, but I noticed I had the same one on my warlock. I changed all emblems and deleted the duplicate on my titan and now I have access to all my issues above. Smh... of all the crazy bugs I've seen in my gaming career, this one takes the cake. GG Bungie.. Should've never sold Halo..

  • I just completed Xenology, but didn't get my cipher apparently because these stupid Eliksni boxes filled my inventory without my knowledge. Is there a way to contact them and get what I should be rewarded?

  • Help!!!! Bungie put a temporary ban on clan name that was supposed to be done on November 17th but I still can’t change clan name! It says name is inappropriate each time no matter what I put in the field! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELO!!!

    A Destiny 2 character is required to create a fireteam. Create a character in game or sign into an account with a character. just got this message on lfg and cant create a fireteam ???????? already fixed if someone fixed tysm

  • My bungie.net account and bungie store account are linked, but it's saying they aren't, and when I try to follow the prompt and link them it says they ran into an issue. I was told to contact bungie about it, but there's literally nowhere to do so. I'm just trying to claim my rewards and I can't because it won't recognize that the accounts are linked.

  • I joined a raid 4days ago and I was kicked after just one fail.I then received abusive messages from l McBruh l and then he banned me from playing destiny 2.I have tried and tried to solve this problem with bungie but no one has even replied.I have still got the abusive messages I was sent and I would like to get back to playing destiny 2 today as I’ve been unable to talk to friends or do any raids or dungeons with friends.please reply asap and help me out with this problem.many thanks,Paul James Harrison (stargategangsta)

  • Purchased all the expansions and DLCs on Steam but when I checked the linked accounts on my Destiny companion app it asks me to buy the Expansions again. Tried to authenticate and it tells me it’s not the account linked but if that’s the case, who does it show up on my cross saves? It won’t let me unlink or change info. When I start the game on steam it’s basically starting Destiny over as it doesn't port my toons over

  • I have been trying to cross save my stadia account to my ps5 but cross save won't let me do it because someone else has logged into my bungie account from xbox but I don't know who it is or have any of the accounts info. So basically, I can't cross save to my ps5 because someone else got onto my bungie account somehow. Is it possible to delete the xbox account or am I gonna lose everything I've paid for when stadia goes down. I just want to remove all cross saved accounts so I can cross save to my ps5.

  • Name change issue. Have not played in a few years and last time was on PS4. Now I am on PS5 and my name was changed to Guardian####. I got on bungie.net to change it back to my ps name but it wont save. Only message I have is only 1 name change. Never changed my name before. Name does not violate any policy. Help please

  • Unfortunately this means your name broke the code of conduct. If you are unable to change it, there is nothing you can do. Bungie has not announced any plans for additional name changes in the future.
