Cylus watched as the emp toppled to his feet. "That wasn't very nice." he commented nonchalantly. It was apparent that Cylus had some sort of protection from that sort of attack. After experience with that sort of problem before, it would only make sense for the man to come up with a solution. Counteracted by a polar pulse coming from his own suit, the EMP only contributed to bothering him.
