He stepped over to a large window by the kitchen, opening it to reveal a rooftop that was only a few feet below the windowsill and across a seven foot wide alleyway. Easily crossable by a well timed jump, though the grappling hook was for crossing streets. [/i]

"I got it. Lush? Helmet?" She asked. A helmet that had a visor. She pulled up the hood of her cloak. She climbed out the window, and jumped once. Then again, in midair, followed by a third jump that ensured that she crossed the gap.
