As if someone had heard him, a man entered the VR. He entered through what seemed to be the door of the other coliseum, across from the Marshal. A man clad in more modern looking armour, like ballistic gear and blue jeans. Two swords hung in his waist, though it seemed his weapon of choice was a spear and shield. The man's face was covered by a helmet, as he spoke. He had an accent, Spanish or Mexican. "Looks like I don't have to wait for a match." The man said, chuckling a bit. He spun the spear in one hand, cracking his neck left first, then right. He didn't seem familiar to JT.

 • JT just chuckled, and kept his hands at his side. He knew that the gap between him and the enemy would be enough to keep him alive for at least one cheeky attack, and so he just watched in silence, analyzing him. He analyzed the stance of his opponent, the way he acted and with what confidence he spoke. It painted him as brash, bold and cocky in the face of danger, which meant recklessness could follow in the form of a rushing attack with the spear. So JT stayed just a few steps out of the spearhead's lunging range, hand patiently waiting for the attack to come.

 • But an attack didn't. The man placed both hands on his spear, taking a stance as he slowly approached. Brash didn't see to be this man's game. Each step methodical, each movement seemed to be thought out. Looked like he was waiting for someone else to swing first

 • JT grinned, simply standing still. He had a plan in mind, and would avoid being the first to act if he could.

 • He stepped in, back leg crossing over his front one, as he trusted the spear forward. Everything was kept tight to his body, the openings to his him thanks to his armour few and small.

 • JT sidestepped the spear by moving to the right, and from there he raised that very same leg and sent his boot crashing into the neck of the spear, trying to knock his opponent off guard.

 • The man pulled the spear back just in time, stepping in and slashing at JT's arm with the blade of the spear. It's length gave the strikes a lot of leverage, and a lot of power,
