An interesting observation about D2 Beta Reviews
So I've read all the reviews and opinions on the D2 Beta so far; I've spotted an interesting trend in the opinions from the ones that are saying it's great and are loving it.
All of these Bungie defenders have sub 5000 Grimoire, No "From the beginning" node unlocked on Y3 MoT and have 1000 Hours or less gameplay time.
You will say Grimoire doesn't mean shit, but it's an uncanny trend that I've spotted.
Any D1 Alpha/Beta Vets with 5500+ Grimoire and 3000 Hours logged have anything good to say about this D2 Beta?
I'm curious...

2 RepliesFor me there is no point in extolling the virtues of the Beta. From a developers point of view (as opposed to the marketing point of view) the whole reason of having a beta test is to criticise it. If you have an interest in the game, you should point out the things that are problematic in a clear and reasoned way and hope they will be addressed in the full-game release. So, for my part, I am not shy of saying movement needs looking at (particularly ponderous on Hunter and Warlock), slow NovaBomb is not very good, Gunslinger needs an ability on par with the other classes, ammo drops are mean as -blam!-, skill-tree management is better in D1, player characters need to speak in the game (still haven't said anything since Mara Sov's throne room), there is still frame rate drop in hectic encounters, and there is still lag in PvP.
