Not trying to judge the whole game itself, but from the Beta alone. It feels like a DLC from Destiny that they finally decided to upgrade on looks and sounds. The game overall has taken a weird direction. I personally would've preferred hem to explore the more rpg side of the game and even the MMO aspect. Instead it feels dumbed down to over glorify the FPS side since that's what initially carried them this far.
Is it too much to ask for a game to allow me to be a little connected to my character. I'm not saying Warframes is better, or even comparing the two in general. But why can't we have clan structures? My own personal room that I can put achievements so when I go to the Farm those in my fireteam can come to my place. Yes it's stupid, but it's the stupid little things like that that brings more life into a game.

A DLC that has upgraded graphics, different sounds, improved UI and different systems,new content, and a new campaign. Oh, you mean a sequel?

Nope I mean an expansion and or DLC. Ever play an MMO?

This isn't an MMO. Try Triple AAA Shooter? A more similar comparison.

That's part of the problem. The game isn't looking at its hybrid like style anymore. Destiny 2 should bring more rpg elements since the game is an FPSRPG, MMO part can be forgotten since it only borrows qualities. Now I'm not saying the base game is a solid reflection of what's lacking in the Beta. But I would say if the game was goin to add more of these elements we would've known by now. They have already portrayed and shown Destiny 2 to be the fix of Destiny 1. That's why it feels more like an expansion and not a sequel. Your sequel shouldn't be to outright correct it's predecessor, unless it was a failure (almost all Ubisoft games).
