Sorry but grimoire doesn't mean shit. I could be 5000+ if icould be bothered to go get the other 100 pointless ghosts.
As for time, a thousand hours into one game is not a small amount. just cause somebody had 3x the time to waste doesn't make their opinion more valid.
Then again you are wasting your time looking for correlations.

Ghosts aren't meaningless, because they include the good part of Destiny: lore! Something Luke Smith has now abandoned for retarded Stargate SG1 style storytelling aka "Indeed!" or "You will wear his ass as a hat!"

I think it has more to do with the fact that people who fit into this tend to be the day 1 players who have played all 3 years. The opinion of a 2nd or 3rd year player is going to be different from a day 1 player, I think that's all he's trying to point out.

That would be even worse since year 1 players did nothing but complain about the cluster-blam!- it was. Yet still played for 3 years. That actually makes their opinion seem less valid now. but if that was what ye meant he wouldn't have labelled them "bungie defenders."
