Hmm could be a link due to the (generally) more time spent in game by those players in order to get high grimoire, a longer time devoted could make it harder to accept changes to what they are used to perhaps? Me IdgaS if the gameflow and gunplay is enjoyable I will like it Im not playing to measure digital dicks (grimoire, k/d, etc)
