[b][i]Moving around the trees as he spotted them he began moving forward before leaning up against a tree. A young man about 5'11 with black hair and green eyes watching. On his shoulder a red and orange feathered bird with yellow eyes. Gazing over the combat with curiosity he just stood there not saying anything.
His eyes glancing between each of the three before looking at the bird next to him. As if having a conversation he nodded at the bird before returning his gaze. His stance didn't seem aggressive, but it was obvious that could quickly change if needed.[/i][/b]

[i]There wasn't a necessary need for aggression as the armored woman had looked over from the dueling between the robed mage and the particularly skilled knightess, her white hair parted from her eyes before she looked back at the two, speaking up in a soft, yet powerful voice.[/i] "Watching Anna and Gideon duel, aren't you? They're both skilled fighters. Gideon could probably outsmart me, but Anna.. Anna is just as intelligent and strategic. They're both amazing in melee, though.. Gideon's won more." [i]That was given away, as Gideon suddenly tripped Anna and aimed his staff at her neck, before helping her up.[/i]

[b][i]He nods looking at the armored lady. A faint smile as he looks at the bird. It opening its wings as in triumph when Gideon won the duel just then. Shaking his head as he chuckles. [/i][/b] "Yeah we the two of us just had a bet on who would win..... looks like I lost this once." [b][i]He shrugs as he pats the bird on the head. Looking at the lady as he looks around before returning his gaze back to the duel.[/i][/b] "How about you? You know these two?" [b][i]He says glancing back to her his green eyes looking over her armor. From this position she could see two hidden knives underneath a jacket. Black hilts with a interesting feather looking sheath. Pressed up against the tree was another weapon a great sword. Not as easy to hide with its silver hilt and size.[/i][/b]

"I'm not a betting woman. I learned the hard way to not bet on things. I've only known Annabelle and Gideon for some time now, a couple of days. Gideon has helped care for a dear friend. Annabelle is so incredibly humble to everyone that she meets. They are both excellent individuals, at least to one such as myself. ...I think that you'd like Gideon. He's.. more active and outgoing than Annabelle. Anna's shy, that's that." [i]Victoria had explained calmly, looking back at the two as they stopped dueling and began to relax.[/i]

"Shy can be cute, but I guess that depends on the person." [b][i]He looks at her as he shrugs. Seeing that the duel has ended his eyes gazing up around the encampment as if curious.[/i][/b] "So how about you? Are you here to watch the duel or?" [b][i]He says as he slowly begins approaching the other two. Walking backwards so he keeps looking at her as to not be rude.[/i][/b]

"Cute? Ha. Anna's.. recovering, from a relationship, let's put it at that. I was merely watching the dueling. My, erm.. friend is safe, so I decided to leave him for a bit to watch the two." [i]The woman muttered "Vance.." before sighing, clasping her armored hands together. It was as if she was praying.[/i] "I only hope that he recovers soon. He.. He sacrificed himself for me. Something that I can't forget."

Stopping is movement as he stared at her closing his eyes.[/i][/b] "I'm sorry to hear that someone close to you got hurt. I hope he recovers soon." [b][i]Scratching the back of his head as he sits down next to her. Looking back at the two as he looks a little confused on what to say.[/i][/b] "Uh... I'm not very good at social things. But I think... this is where I would ask if you want to talk about it?" [b][i]He blushes as he glances back at her. He obviously had no idea what he was doing but he was doing his best. [/i][/b] "I mean if you want and stuff."

"Yes. [i]It[/i], as in.. no, not heresy." [i]Victoria sighed to herself, holding her head with both hands as she closed her sapphire blue eyes. A few seconds after, she spoke up.[/i] "...Love. Romance. That.. sort of thing. Vance has always been kind to me. Vance has sacrificed himself and even saved my life from certain death. He's always so humble and quiet, yet.. so protective of his friends. ...What do I do?"

[b][i]He looks confused on what to do as he glances around. Patting her gently on the back as if he unsure what to do.[/i][/b] "Well.... I mean why not tell him how you feel...? Love is complicated but.... the best way to solve things would be to face it head on... right?" [b][i]He moves his hand away as he scratches the back of his head. The bird seeming to shake its head as he stretches.[/i][/b] "Sorry I'm not more help I'm not the greatest at these things.."

"I would. If he wasn't knocked out." [i]Victoria rose up and brushed herself off, heaving out a deep sigh. She looked back at Xeno with a simple smile, though a sadder one at that.[/i] "Thank you, though. For attempting to help. Is there.. anything else that you'd want to speak about? Unless you want to talk to Gideon and Anna."

[b][i]He looks back to the to then back to her. His eyes seeming conflicted as he seems to want to talk to the other two but not leave her.[/i][/b] "I mean will you be okay..." [b][i]The bird pecks him gently on the side of the head as if saying it's okay. His eyes looking down to the ground as if he is still unsure.[/i][/b] "I'm Xeno by the way. And the bird on my shoulder is Minerva."
